Chain-of-custody for blood, biological specimens, UN3373 materials, pharmaceuticals, and clinical trial cargo. HIPAA-trained, OSHA-trained, dry-ice and cryogenic certified drivers.
— on-demand courier reimagined for the digital age.
Marvin runs courier and freight from hubs minutes off SFO and LAX, across the West Coast and Texas, nationwide through our partner network. Every load rides on dispatch software we built for our own fleet: tracked live, chain-of-custody verified.
Every shipment scored, timestamped, and chain-of-custody verified. Our software runs on the same dispatch platform that powers our own fleet — so what dispatchers see, drivers do, and clients track is the same single source of truth.
From a single envelope to refrigerated clinical trial materials, the same drivers, the same routing engine, the same audit trail. Dispatch picks the right service tier — you get one invoice and one tracking link.

High-value, fragile, server, art. Inside delivery and assembly.
Most couriers patch together off-the-shelf tools. We built our own. Every Marvin route is dispatched, tracked, and audited on the same software we operate ourselves — which means what you see is what the driver sees, in real time.
The exact same coordinates the driver's iPhone is writing get rendered on your tracking page. No vendor middleware.
Drivers mark stops, count pieces, snap POD photos, and log attempts from a phone link. Every action is signed and chain-of-custody-stamped on the spot.
Per-stop pricing, fuel surcharge, wait time, and attempts roll into one invoice. Audit trail down to the second.
Within our service area, you call, we dispatch the right vehicle within an hour — measured by the same SLA timer you can see.
Compliance, handling, and chain-of-custody requirements vary by industry. Our dispatchers and drivers are trained on each — so the right protocol applies the moment a shipment is created.
